1. Athlete Health & Physical Fitness Disclaimer

Virtual running events require physical exertion and endurance. By entering any Beyond Run challenge, you acknowledge that you are in good health, physically fit, and medically cleared to engage in distance running or walking.

Beyond Run does not provide direct medical supervision on your chosen route. You are solely responsible for your own safety, hydration, road traffic compliance, and local environmental conditions while completing your activity.

2. GPS Verification & Fair Play Policy

To maintain competitive integrity on official leaderboards and issue authentic certificates, all submitted activities must adhere to the following standards:

• Authentic Human Effort: All activities must be completed purely on foot (running, jogging, or walking). The use of motorized vehicles, bicycles, electric scooters, or automated GPS spoofing software is strictly prohibited.
• Pace Validation: Submissions featuring impossible human running splits (e.g., sustained pace faster than 2:15 min/km) or vehicular acceleration profiles will be automatically flagged and rejected.
• Event Window Compliance: The activity must take place within the officially designated start and end dates of the registered event.

3. Finisher Medals & Digital Certificates

Physical heavy metal finisher medals are manufactured and dispatched to the delivery address provided during registration upon successful submission and verification of your running proof.

Each verified finisher is issued a uniquely serial-numbered, tamper-evident digital certificate (BR-2026-XXXXX) that can be publicly verified at `beyondrun.in/certificates/[certificateNumber]`.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All brand marks, logos, race bib graphics, medal designs, 3D athlete passport shaders, certificate layouts, and software algorithms are the exclusive intellectual property of Beyond Run. Unauthorized duplication, commercial resale, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
