GPS proof checklist: get verified the first time
Exactly what our review team looks for — so your finish counts faster.
01Show the full activity screen
Include map route, distance (km), and total time. Split screens or partial crops often get rejected because we can’t confirm the effort.
02Match the registered distance
If you registered for 10K, your activity should be at least that distance. Slight overages are fine; major shortfalls are not.
03Use a real outdoor GPS track when possible
Outdoor GPS is easiest to verify. Treadmill runs can work if your app shows verified distance and time clearly — follow the event rules listed on the event page.
04Submit once, then wait
After upload, status moves to under review. Most proofs are checked within 24–48 hours. You’ll see updates on your dashboard and certificate unlock after approval.
