Frequently Asked Questions
Still wondering?
Everything you need to know about the Winter Arc 2026 challenge.
What is the Winter Arc Virtual Challenge?
The Winter Arc is a fitness discipline movement where athletes push through the early winter cold (26–30 November) instead of waiting for the new year. Complete your selected distance on any one day to earn the limited edition 3D finisher medal.
Do I have to run every day between 26–30 November?
No. You only need to finish your registered distance on any one single day within the 5-day window.
When will my medal reach my address?
Medals are dispatched within 2–3 working days after the challenge concludes via BlueDart, Delhivery, or DTDC express courier. Tracking numbers are sent directly to your phone.
Can I walk or cycle instead of running?
Yes! Running, walking, jogging, and cycling (road, gravel, or stationary) are all 100% accepted and categorized on the leaderboards.
Which GPS apps work for activity proof?
Connect Strava for automatic sync with 1 click, or upload a photo/screenshot from Garmin, Apple Watch, NRC, Samsung Health, Polar, Coros, or a treadmill console display.
