Walking, treadmill and cycling all count, at every distance. No minimum pace.

Finish your distance in a single session on any day between 4 and 8 December.

Strava syncs on its own. Garmin, Apple Fitness, Nike Run Club, Samsung Health or a treadmill photo work too.

Medal ships in 2–3 days

Do I have to complete the distance every day?
No. You only need to complete your chosen distance on any one single day during the 5-day event window (4 to 8 December 2026).
When and how will my finisher medal arrive?
Your solid metal 3D cast medal is dispatched within 2–3 working days after the challenge window closes via express BlueDart, Delhivery, or DTDC courier. Doorstep delivery is 100% free across India.
Which apps and devices can I use for proof?

Can I walk, jog, or cycle instead of running?
Yes, absolutely! Walking, outdoor jogging, treadmill sessions, and cycling are all fully recognized. The mission of the Indian Navy Day Challenge is tribute, health, and athletic spirit.
Can I change my registered distance later?
Yes, you can upgrade or adjust your distance anytime before the event closes directly via your Athlete Dashboard or by messaging our WhatsApp support.
